Sobre Martin Luther King y Malcom X.

Both Malcolm X and Martin Luther King defended the same cause at the same time, but they took different ways to do it. Malcolm X said that violence could be necessary while Martin Luther King proposed a nonviolent approach, preaching the ways of love and forgiveness. Malcolm X accused Martin Luther King of being paid by white men to keep preaching the passivity and docility that characterized his message. Martin Luther King clarified the difference between non-violent resistance and non-resistance, being the first one his approach towards the struggle they were carrying out and the second one what some critics could think he was supporting. I could notice certain degree of hate towards white people in Malcolm’s speech, especially when he talks about the white men and how they have brutalized the Negro over and over again. That taste of hate makes me lean towards Reverend King’s side of the coin, but when I notice he is almost willing to be abused so as to prove his innocence and guiltlessness, I get to the conclusion that none of them can be taken seriously WELL, THIS STATEMENT IS A LITTLE EXTREMIST. Both of them defended a noble cause but both of them had extreme opinions so I would not support any of them.
